Adam Brody is an American actor. He currently stars in the American TV series The O.C., where he plays the character Seth Cohen, a geeky and slightly awkward seventeen year old.
In 2004, Brody was Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher's crew members. In the sting, a young woman (ostensibly celebrating her impending nuptials with friends and her fiance) slipped her phone number into Brody's pocket after flirting with him. Brody was visibly uncomfortable with her behavior but was polite. After witnessing the event, the future 'husband' became angry and accused Brody of trying to steal his future wife. (It probably happened before he was engaged to his O.C. co-star/girlfriend Rachel Bilson.)
Prior to The O.C., he had a recurring role on Gilmore Girls and starred as Zack in the Canadian comedy television series Sausage Factory.
He is currently engaged to O.C. co-star Rachel Bilson, whom with he shares a dog, a Pit Bull mix called Penny Lane.
Adam Brody appeared as Benjamin alongside Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, in Mr. and Mrs. Smith, his biggest movie role to date.
