To nobody’s surprise, what was being called Kanye’s first project with his design firm ‘Donda,’ is fake.
Earlier today we posted an article about the site that was calling itself “The Facebook of Websites.” As it turns out, it was a joke. Shout out to Buzzfeed for clearing that up. Thankfully, we’re still waiting on what Weezy puts together with Donda.
I’m personally hoping for a line of marble conference tables and/or fur pillows but that’s just me.
Not many people can casually tell a story about P. Diddy at a party but Machine Gun Kelly can. Since being signed to Bad Boy Records, MGK has spent a lot of time with Puff. Despite his brief stint with acting, a lot people (myself included) still imagine Diddy as a character from a Dave Chapelle skit.
In this interview, MGK confirms that Diddy is very similar to the character you saw in Chapelle’s Making The Band spoof. Watch below as MGK tells a hilarious story about Diddy busting him goofing off in the studio and having some fun at his own expense.
If you’ve ever felt like a loser for staying in on a Saturday night, don’t worry, there’s an anthem for that. The geniuses from Pitch Perfect have come up with a Party Rock parody called the “Staying in Anthem.” The video was posted today to College Humor.
Basically, they’ve borrowed the infamous party shuffle from LMFAO and given the song a whole new meaning. Never has ordering pizza, checking tumblr and organizing cupboards looked so cool. Proof that if you get anyone dressed up like Redfoo and make them dance, it’s an instant classic.
Elisha Cuthbert was a guest on Conan last night and showed off her wacky side. While promoting her show Happy Endings, Elisha did a very convincing Renee Zellweger that consisted of extreme pouting completely void of expression.
She continued to explain she also enjoys imitating Ellen DeGeneres. Unfortunately, there was no dialogue with any of her impressions and she explained she only does “dancing Ellen”. All in all, it was a solid effort that had Conan and his audience thoroughly entertained.
Thanks to TeamCoco for posting the video.
Saturday Night Live released the promo video for this week’s host Jonah Hill. The clip resembles a behind the scenes outtake reel with Bill Hader and Jonah sitting behind a control board.
The highlight of the video is the two actors wearing their sunglasses indoors for a ‘silky smooth’ take. What’s most promising, however, is there’s no sign of Lindsay Lohan. After watching her run last week’s episode into the ground, Jonah Hill should redeem SNL for what has been a near flawless season.
Maybe NBC will use Lindsay’s episode as a cautionary example of why it’s a bad idea to let people just walk on and host.
Todays most irrelevant Twitter dispute features Snooki’s baby Daddy and her ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella. Both Gorillas are competing for a pristine trophy wife who is best known for over-tanning and getting arrested when she’s sh*tfaced.
Snooki’s pregnancy must have been the catalyst for this depute because both guidos must know that there’s some serious money on the line for her upcoming “Big, Fat, Alcoholic, Italian Wedding” special. This baby is going to launch Snooki into a whole new level of fame as it will probably lead to her very own spin-off.
Anyways, the steroids must have gotten the better of these two and it lead to a not so discrete, public bro-down. The beef took place last night and since then some of the tweets have been deleted. Pay special attention to the hashtags below. I’m surprised neither party used #comeatmebro and there was no mention of jager-bombs.
X Factor was where it all started and we couldn’t help wondering: is Simon Cowell a jerk? After all, he’s done a lot for Louis and Niall, so who’s the cynical person we see on TV? Canada is getting ready for Up All Night and @Jordans_life wanted to ask about the journey from TV to CDs.
In addition, as the guys are getting older, we wanted to find out what life is like with their newfound independence. For most newly independent people, the biggest concern is food. So who cooks for them? What do they eat after winning awards? Louis and Niall answer all these questions in one of our favorite interviews to date.
As promised, here is the first part of our interview with One Direction. The day of the interview was crazy. The band has such enthusiastic fans that they have to be especially careful about security. We arrived to a “secret location” in downtown Toronto just across the street from where One Direction was making an appearance later that day. There were already thousands of fans waiting to see them. Just before our interview started, Niall and Louis looked out the window thinking no one would see them but they were spotted by the crowd. That’s when the “One Direction mania” started and not long after thousands of Directioners were singing “One Thing” for the band. Naturally, we had to ask them about what it’s like to get so much attention and how they deal with mobs of screaming women.
Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3.
After dropping a condom in front of everyone on the red carpet of the premiere for The Lorax, everyone wants to know what’s inside Zac Efron’s pants – er – you know what we mean.
Paul Murphy hits the streets again to finds out what’s causing so much controversy. He talks about Efron’s safe sex practices and which other Dr. Suess stories get people in the mood for sweet, sweet nursery rhyme love.
Have a look at Lady Gaga before she was mother monster. Seen here as Stefani Germanotta, there’s some insight as to what she looks like when the meat dress comes off after a hard day at work.
Contrary to popular belief, the Gaga you see in 2011, wasn’t actually “born that way.” Her transformation was a gradual process and it started with the photos you see here. It’s hard to say what who’s more attractive, the girl behind the artist or her extravagant alter-ego?
Although, it would be interesting to see what her concerts would be like dressed like this.
Thanks to Buzzfeed for digging up these pictures.
There’s only 20 seconds of dialogue online and it’s already apparent this movie could be the anti-cop movie people have been craving. After two awful movies based on security guards (see Paul Blart: Mall Cop / Observe and Report) taking on any project based on low-level authority is a gamble.
If anyone can pull it off, however, it’s the cast of Neighbourhood Watch. Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn are a fantastic combination and have lots of experience working together in Zoolander, Anchorman and Dodgeball to name a few. Joining them is Jonah Hill, a fantastic addition to the team, especially given his recent oscar nomination.
The movie is written by Seth Rogen, and thankfully, he won’t have to put on another uniform just yet. Hopefully this movie will be a good way to forget the crappy security guard movies of the past. There’s no way this movie could possibly suck, right?
Hit us up on twitter @andPOP and let us know what you think.
If you ever wondered what a cartoon hangover looks like, this video should answer any questions you may have had. In what looks like a Pixar interpretation of a nightmare, the people at Feel Good Inc have done a fantastic job giving this song some visuals.
DoYaThing features Andre 3000 and for months we’ve been wondering what he would look like after getting the Gorillaz animation treatment. Sadly, for the limited time his character appears in this video, he is wearing a mask.
As creepy as this video seems at times, it’s also very funny. It looks like the castaways from a Disney movie dropped out of college and started a band. DoYaThing is a great video to sooth your aching head the next time you wakeup after a week-long bender.
In the latest instalment of Vice Magazine’s “Project X”, Snoop confesses that he was drugged at one of Hugh Hefner’s parties.
He was walking around with a “big ol’ pimp cup” filled with the world’s biggest Mimosa when a couple of playboy bunnies kidnapped his drink. Snoop wasn’t paying attention and that’s when he suspects someone dropped a roofie into his pimp cup. Luckily, the scumbag that slipped them the pill ended up sedating Snoop instead of the playmates.
He eventually blacked out and fell down a flight of stairs but thankfully had some bunnies to nurse him back to health. The story ends much like how any Snoop Dogg story should, he gets high with a bunch of people and shows some girls his magic stick (remix).
Moral of the story: the playboy mansion lives up to its reputation. So if you’re lucky enough to get an invite, keep your eyes on your “big ol’ pimp cup”.
The clinically insane lovely people at The National Enquirer have raised the bar yet again for celebrity exploitation. In their latest issue, they decided to publish pictures of Whitney Houston’s open casket. What’s even more shocking is the publisher is standing by their decision, calling the photo “beautiful”.
They must have gotten bored with making up stories about celebrity alien abductions and decided to get into a new business, showcasing dead bodies. The National Enquirer obviously doesn’t care about grieving relatives or a standard code of human ethics. If it were possible, they would probably have no problem stringing the late singer up for “One Last Performance” like Weekend at Bernies.
It’s not nearly as bad as the autopsy photos of Michael Jackson but it’s definitely controversial. Sadly, that’s probably why they decided to publish the photo in the first place.
Last night WWE wrestler CM Punk called out Chris Brown to over six-hundred thousand followers. The wrestler probably wasn’t expecting a reaction but as Chris Brown has proven in the past, he’ll take any opportunity to talk sh*t on the internet.
andPOP would like to preface the following argument with a disclaimer: we do not endorse either of the disputing parties and refuse to pick sides on any disagreement that takes place over twitter. Having said that, here’s what happened.
CM Punk initiated the fight, taking the first shot at an easy target:
Chris Brown responded with a two tweet rebuttal, only to delete his second insult shortly after.
The deleted tweet sent CM Punk into a furious rant that was too long for twitter. He took to Twitvid to post his response.
(video credit: TMZ)
The feud eventually ended with an onslaught of feel good preachy bullish*t from Brown. See below (photo credit: Buzzfeed):

As we indicated above, it’s against our company policy to pick fights over twitter wars but we do enjoy them. The most entertaining part of the trash talking was the hashtags battle. Brown started a #notnopunks trend last night to which Punk retaliated with #aintnowomanbeater.
I look forward to Chris Brown picking taking on more of his haters, high school students and someday maybe even old people. Stay classy Twitter.
While performing in Melbourne, Australia, Kanye treated his fans to a lengthy, auto tuned freestyle about his ex. Yeezy returned to his 808 days and ‘computer crooned’ the song Say You Will.
He went off script and started his own R-Kelly-like musical rant about texting a girl he used to date at 2:45 in the morning. It’s nice to see that even Kanye West, the man with marble boardroom tables and fur pillows, drunk dials like the rest of us.
Watch the video below, it’s highly entertaining and should make you chuckle. Special thanks to our friends at MTV Canada who tweeted the link.

If you’re having troubles getting over the midweek hump, this should help. Upon watching this video of Dergin Tokmak overcoming his disability in an unprecedented display of awesome, your Wednesday slump will be conquered easily.
Unfortunately, most of the information on this guy is in German or Austrian. Thus, what we’ve managed to piece together is this: Derign is a dancer, acrobat and Cirque De Sole alumni. He was diagnosed with Polio but made the disease his b*tch, and the result is what you’re watching right now.
The video, cleverly tagged “crutchstep”, is mind-blowing. I didn’t think it was possible to look cool dancing to dubstep but I’m glad to be proven wrong by something this incredible.
Watch below as Mr. Tokmak (that is how I will be referring to him from now on), puts on an unbelievable display of choreographed acrobatics to a dubstep remix of Avicii’s song Levels and Katy Perry’s E.T.

During a news report this week on the CBC, a woman was accidentally videotaped while falling on her face. The poor lady was focused on her cellphone and unfortunately missed the set of stairs in front of her. As if falling wasn’t humiliating enough, there just so happened to be a news camera rolling when it happened.
I hate to make an example of anyone but this boils down to a lack of common sense. There’s a reason why the authorities are cracking down on texting and driving, it’s distracting. As funny as it may be, it’s hard not to feel bad for this woman. We have all done it before, I’m sure most of us have even had some close encounters. What’s unfortunate is this incident was captured on national television.
Watch below as this victim or technology (and timing) takes a fall she’ll never live down.
