Bryce Dallas Howard Gives Birth

(andPOP) - THE VILLAGE star BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD and her actor-husband SETH GABEL have welcomed a baby boy.

Howard, 25, announced she was expecting in August (06) at the British premiere of her movie LADY IN WATER. The star's representative confirms the birth to American publication People, but no details about the baby's name or weight were released.

The couple wed in June after dating for five years. This is their first child.

Howard, who is the daughter of actor and filmmaker RON HOWARD, got her start appearing in her father's films including PARENTHOOD and APOLLO 13.

Gabel has appeared on several TV shows including NIP/TUCK, THE CLOSER and CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION.
