(andPOP) - Mr. Blackwell is not a fan of some of the most photographed stars of Young Hollywood.

Who was going to top his worst dressed list this year, Britney Spears or Paris Hilton?

According to old Blackwell, both.

Spears and Hilton tied for the top spot on his list of shame. Coming right behind them is Camilla Parker-Bowles, "a royal wreck" as he put it.

Back to Young Hollywood for number three, the "deplorable" Lindsay Lohan.

Three singers come in at four, five and six; Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Paula Abdul.

At seven is Sharon Stone and eight is Tori Spelling.

Sandra Oh, the worst actress in the world (our words, not his) is ninth and Meryl Streep makes the list at the 10 spot.
