Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - FOX has announced the celebrities who will be appearing on Simon Cowell's latest reality show, "Celebrity Duets."
E! Online reports that the celebrities who will be paired with professionals and compete against each other to see who can really sing (much like "Dancing With the Stars, only with singing) include: Lucy Lawless ("Xena: The Warrior Princess"); Chris Jericho (from the WWE); Carly Patterson (Olympic gold-medallist); Alfonso Ribeiro ("Fresh Prince of Bel Air"); Jai Rodriguez (Queer Eye for the Straight Guy); Hal Sparks (Queer as Folk); Cheech Marin (Nash Bridges); and Lea Thompson (Caroline in the City).
The stars will be paired with over 20 different award-winning and chart-topping performers from pop music, including Richard Marx, Patti LaBelle, and Wynonna Judd to name a few.
The show premieres on FOX (and City TV) on Aug 29 and will be hosted by Wayne Brady.
