Britney Spears Sued By Paparazzo

(andPOP) - Don?t worry, Sean Preston has nothing to do with his mom?s recent headlines.

According to E! Online, a paparazzi photographer is suing Britney Spears and her mother Lynne, alleging he was seriously injured when Lynne ran over his foot and knocked him down with her car in June 2004.

In court papers filed last Tuesday, the photographer, Cullen Reavley, claims he suffered injuries to his "head, neck, back, trunk and extremities, all of which have caused and continue to cause plaintiff great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering.? It was not disclosed how much Reavley is seeking.

Reavely was part of a group of paparazzi that were trying to get photos of Britney when Lynn hit him.

"If anyone was injured by accident, it was caused by the paparazzi's own conduct," a statement from Spears? camp said after the incident.

Spears will appear in an interview with Matt Lauer on the ?Today? show on Thursday defending her marriage and her escapades with Sean Preston that have made headlines around the world.
