George Lucas Wants Connery for Indiana Jones

(andPOP) - According to Access Hollywood, George Lucas wants Sean Connery to come on board for Indiana Jones 4.

Lucas is the executive producer of the Indiana Jones films. Connery played the father of Harrison Ford?s character, Indiana Jones, in ?Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? in 1989.

The film has been rumoured to be in the works for years. Ford would also like to see the film made.

"I would love him to be in the next 'Indiana Jones'... maybe I can push him into it," said Lucas, who was on hand to honour Connery with the American Film Institute?s Lifetime Achievement Award last week.
