(andPOP) - A former producer has sued her former boss, Maury Povich, for $100 million, alleging that she was forced to expose herself for videos shown to a studio audience.

Bianca Nardi filed the suit on Monday in New York. She named Povich, the Maury Povich Show, NBC, and three other producers in the suit.

Nardi said Povich's relationship with a female producer created a hostile working environment that was abusive to women, according to the AP. She also said a male producer asked her to take part in a secret videotape that would be used to seduce married men. She allegedly was asked to wear short skirts and revealing tops, and another time was asked to be taped topless.

An NBC spokesperson released this statement: "We do not believe that Ms. Nardi was a victim of unlawful sexual harassment and intend to defend this lawsuit vigorously. NBC Universal is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of discrimination and harassment."

Nardi recently left the show.

Povich, the talk show host, is married to news anchor Connie Chung.
