NEW YORK (Billboard.com) - Shaggy's "It Wasn't Me" spends a second
week at No. 1 on The Billboard Hot 100. Last week the track ended
the 11-week reign at the top by Destiny's Child's "Independent Women
Part 1," which flip-flops 2-3 with Outkast's "Ms. Jackson" on the
chart and notches a second frame at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Rap
Singles tally. Joe's "Stutter" featuring Mystikal climbs 9 spots,
while on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart it
leapfrogs "Ms. Jackson" to reach No. 1. Back on the Hot 100, another
Shaggy track, "Angel" featuring Rayvon, is heating up in its own
right, as it jumps 19-12 as the fastest growing track at radio. The
week's top debut is German-based pop quartet ATC's "Around The World
(La La La La La)," which comes in at No. 53. The track is from the
forthcoming album "Planet Pop." Lifehouse's "Hanging By A Moment,"
which has been No. 1 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart for
three weeks, makes its Hot 100 debut at No. 76.
