(andPOP) - Kate Hudson has ordered lawyers to take action against several publications for printing photos and articles that falsely imply that she has anorexia.

Her attorneys say the pictures "suggested that she had an eating disorder that was so grave and serious that she was wasting away, to the extreme concern of her mother and family."

Hudson is also said to be concerned about how the pictures will impact her career and reputation.

The National Enquirer, Heat Magazine and the Daily Mail have been cited as guilty parties by London law firm Schillings.

The case will go to trial in 2006 if not settled beforehand.
