(andPOP) - Pop king Michael Jackson has been summoned to jury duty.

Jackson received notice of his summons at his Neverland Ranch on Wednesday, just four months after his well-publicized child molestation case. He was acquitted of all charges.

It is unlikely Jack-o will actually go through with the jury duties since it seems he's not even living in the United States anymore.

"He is permanently living outside of the United States," attorney Thomas Mesereau confirmed to Entertainment Tonight.

His lawyers are filing the deferment papers, because he has relocated to Bahrain with his children.

"All he has to do is show he has legal residency somewhere else and he'll be exempted," Jury Commissioner Gary Blair told the Associated Press.
