(andPOP) - The hype over the latest blonde bombshell, Natasha Bedingfield, helped her earn the top spot on the British singles charts this week.

Her R&B single "These Words" knocked 3 of a Kind's "Baby Cakes" to number two.

Bedingfield, whose brother is the mega-successful pop/dance singer Daniel Bedingfield, had a previous hit when she debuted in May.

Buzz act Keane enter the charts in the 10 position with "Bedshaped." Their album is at number two.
