CD Review: Bad Boy's 10th Anniversary - The Hits

(andPOP) - The Bad Boy label may not be as credible as it once was, but P. Diddy has a lot to be smiling about. But you don't have to tell that to the rapping CEO. He already knows. That's why he released "Bad Boy's 10th Anniversary - The Hits."

The tracks on this album are some of the most innovative and of course most popular hits of this last decade: Big Poppa, I Need a Girl Pt. 2, Mo' Money Mo' Problems, Feels So Good, Only You, Hypnotize, and the list goes on.

There's also some new material. The updated "Victory 2004," featuring Notorious B.I.G., Busta Rhymes, 50 Cent, and Lloyd Banks, proves how Bad Boy is not done yet.

The next 10 years are a little shaky with some recent label woes (not to mention "the future of Bad Boy" Loon's legal troubles), but with uncertainty comes an extra oomph of ambition. Here's waiting for the 20th compilation.
