(andPOP) - Once again, Canada's female artists lead the pack of Juno nominees. Nelly Furtado and Sarah McLachlan each garnered five nominations, as announced in Toronto today.
Celine Dion and Nickelback got 4 nominations each. Billy Talent, Our Lady Peace and Sam Roberts each got three.
Artists with two nominations include: Avril Lavigne, Barenaked Ladies, Barlow, Lillix, Michael Bubl?, R. Murray Schafer, Shania Twain and Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra.
The Juno Awards will be handed out in Edmonton on Sunday, April 4 at 8 p.m. on CTV.
