(andPOP) - Former "Friends" star Lisa Kudrow is bringing her comedic chops to cyberspace with a role as an unconventional shrink in the new online series "Web Therapy."

The shortform comedy series, which debuted Tuesday, is part of a slate of original programming on L Studio, a new broadband channel developed by car manufacturer Lexus.

Kudrow stars as Fiona Wallice, a psychotherapist who fumbles through three-minute sessions with her unfortunate clients via the Internet.

Her cast of clients includes Bob Balaban, Jane Lynch, Rashida Jones, Tim Bagley and Dan Bucatinsky.

Kudrow also wrote and produced "Therapy" with Bucatinsky, her partner at Is or Isn't Prods.

Don Roos, who previously directed Kudrow in 1998's "The Opposite of Sex," directed the 15 episodes of the series.

Kudrow's more recent TV and movie credits include "Happy Endings," "P.S. I Love You" and the short-lived HBO series "The Comeback." She will appear later this year in the ensemble drama "Powder Blue."
