According to E! News, Since HarperCollins announced that ‘Sex and the City’ author Candace Bushnell has signed a deal to write two novels focusing on Bradshaw's high school years, rumours are starting that a television or movie adaptation are soon to follow.
But if the book series does move to the little (or big) screen, will Selena Gomez play the young Bradshaw?
Not quite.
“That's not really the audience I'm going for,” Gomez, 16, tells E! News. “I mean, my mom loves the show and it's a very popular show, but that's not the direction I'm looking to take at this time.”
How about Miley Cyrus?
“I'd love to do a younger, cleaner version of Sex and the City,” Cyrus, 15, once said in an interview. “I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand.”
