Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - Heather Matarazzo will soon walk down the aisle--with her girlfriend.
The openly gay actress, who played Anne Hathaway's best friend in The Princess Diaries, recently got engaged to Carolyn Murphy. The couple have been together for over a year.
"It was really cute. First Heather proposed to Carolyn, then Carolyn proposed to her," says Lisa Jammal, Matarazzo's publicist.
The engagement might not come as a surprise to friends and family of the couple. Jammal says the two women are very supportive of each other and are totally in love:
"It was love at first sight."
Matarazzo, 25, is known for playing unpopular misfits. She is best known for her roles as Lilly Moscovitz in The Princess Diairies, and Dawn Wiener in Welcome To The Dollhouse.
