(andPOP) - After famously being cheated on by Jude Law, one would hope that Sienna Miller would have a little more class than to steal a married man. But, alas, she is doing just that with "Brothers and Sisters" star Balthazar Getty.
The couple was confirmed through paparazzi photographs obtained by The Sun newspaper. Miller, Getty and friends were snapped on a yacht in Italy last week, kissing and taking couples photos. Miller even went topless.
Getty has three children with his wife, Rosetta. She was reported to have fled to Italy before Miller and Getty went there.
Miller has recently broken up with actor Rhys Ifans, who is said to be devastated by the split.
