Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - The Smashing Pumpkins are coming to a venue near you.
In celebration of the bands 20th anniversary, the group has announced on their website that they’ll be touring over the next six months.
According to eonline.com, the tour will kick off in Hammond, Indiana at smaller venues and then move into major cities including New York and LA.
The Pumpkins were founded in 1988 and although two of the original members are no longer with the band, front man, Billy Corgan, says that the group is working on a lot of surprises and that the “The 20th anniversary shows will be magical”.
Tickets for the tour go on sale July 11th.
