Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - Uma Thurman is engaged to her Swiss financier beau, Arpad “Arki” Busson, reports E! News.
According to the actress’s rep, Busson popped the question to Thurman this week while they were in town for Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday bash. Apparently the diamond ring is so big “she can't fit it through the sleeve of her coat” – a friend of the “Kill Bill” star is quoted as saying.
This will be the star’s third try at marriage. Thurman was previously married to Gary Oldman and later to Ethan Hawke, with whom the couple has two children.
Thurman and Busson have been together since last year. Thurman’s new fiancé has also been previously engaged to Aussie supermodel Elle Macpherson. The couple did have two children together but broke up before tying the knot in 2005.
No word yet on when Thurman and Busson plan to wed.
