(andPOP) - It appears that Kate Moss won't be retiring any time soon.

London-based makeup company Rimmel reaffirmed over the weekend that Moss is still the face of their brand.

In a statement, senior vice president Stephen Mormoris said that "Kate Moss is a worldwide inspiration and leader in fashion and beauty, and has been an iconic face for Rimmel London. I am thrilled we are continuing our professional partnership."

This announcement comes in the face of persistent rumours that pop star Sophie Ellis-Bextor had stolen the job.
