Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - Rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has reportedly signed a multi-year deal to sell his memorabilia with Steiner Sports.
Although the terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed, it is believed the company’s deal with the hip-hop star will cover everything from the clothes he wears in concerts and autograph signings to attire worn in movies, reports the New York Post.
“He's an authentic guy who gets the business portion of his career,” says Robert Vazquez, director of talent procurement of Steiner Sports. “We have access to [the in-flight magazine] SkyMall, Neiman-Marcus and to corporate clients that might not be familiar with 50 Cent.”
Steiner Sports may make an official announcement on this rumored multi-year deal as soon as Monday, May 5th.
