Carrie Underwood Has Been Cheated On

(andPOP) - Looks like her hit anthem, "Before he Cheats," hits Carrie Underwood a little more personally than many may have assumed.

In an interview with InStyle, the American Idol winner admits that she has been cheated on, but she refuses to name who did it to her.

"I've been cheated on a time or two. It's tough. I wouldn't recommend doing any property damage, though," she says, in reference to her hit single.

"Now I'm to the point where you get one shot. Life's too short."

"I'm a 'let it go, move on' kind of person. And ice cream is my friend. If anybody sees me eating a sundae and I look unhappy, something bad has happened. I am drowning my sorrows in fudge and caramel and whipped cream," she says.
