(andPOP) - Producer, writer and musician Keith Harris was a featured speaker at last week's Canadian Music Week in Toronto. Harris was selected to participate for his incredible resume which includes his work with music power-players Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey and Jully Black to name a few. Currently Harris is co-producing upcoming albums for Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.

For the past five years Harris has been laying down the beats for the multi-platinum, Grammy award-winning band, The Black Eyed Peas. His vast talents led him to procure a solid reputation as a top music writer and producer. Always on the look out for new talent, Harris has begun working with a young up-and-coming American rapper named H20.

Harris caught up with andPOP. Watch the interview by clicking play in the video player on the right side of this page.
