The Game Is a Free Man

(andPOP) - After being incarcerated following a basketball game on wrong, rapper Game has been released from a Los Angeles County jail.

The rapper was released after serving eight days of a 60-day sentence for threatening a man with a gun during a pickup basketball game in a schoolyard.

Game, reportedly a star of his high school basketball team, got into a heated fight with a someone while playing ball at the Rita D. Walters Educational Learning Complex near his hometown Compton.

E! Online reports that according to the police report, Game went to get a gun from his Cadillac Escalade and then used it to threaten to kill the other player.

Jayceon Taylor, aka Game was sentenced to jail time, three years' probation and 150 hours of community service.

Taylor was able to go home Sunday night due to overcrowding and good behaviour.
