Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - Eminem is currently penning his memoirs, entitled "Eminem: The Way I Am."
The book, which shares its name with the Detroit rapper's second single from 2002's "The Marshall Mathers LP," will feature never-before-seen photographs, journal notes, hand-drawn art and lyrics.
"Everyone has their own take on Eminem," said publisher Orion's Ian Preece in a statement.
"Because of where he is from, people think they know where he is at, what kind of person he really is. This book cuts through all that and gets to the source."
The controversial rapper has been the subject of several books in the past, including "The Dark Story of Eminem" and "Whatever You Say I Am: The Life And Times Of Eminem." He also put out a paperback in 2002 titled "Angry Blonde," which featured lyrics, commentary and photos.
Orion said the book will be released Oct. 16; however, Eminem's label Interscope Records denied having a solid release date for the book.
Eminem has sold more than 70 million albums worldwide and there is speculation he could release a new record this year, as he is working on new material. It would be his first studio LP since 2004's "Encore."
