Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - Actress Michelle Rodriguez surrendered on Sunday, beginning her 180 days in jail for violating probation.
According to TMZ.com, Rodriguez drank alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet, and did not provide proof of her completed community service. She was on probation for several crimes, including a hit a run and DUI.
This isn't the first time Rodriguez has been to jail: she was sentenced to 60 days last year, but was released the same day because of overcrowding. She won't be so lucky this time, however. The judge specifically sentenced her to spend all 180 days behind bars.
