Tony Parker Not A Cheater

(andPOP) - Tony Parker has slammed tabloid website x17online with a 40 million dollar lawsuit in the name of defamation.

X17online pointed a finger at Parker earlier this year accusing the star athlete of cheating on his wife.

The basketball star was infuriated by the site that was the first to report an alleged affair between Parker and a French model, taking place three months after Parker married television star Eva Longoria.

Alexandra Paressant, the model, sent the site 26 pages of documentation to prove that the affair actually took place. Among the documents were print-outs of text messages from Parker. However, Parker claims that the allegations are anything but true, and is acusing Paressant of fabricating the entire thing.

Only hours after the report was posted on the web page and the buzz began to circulate, Longoria and Parker released a statement reconfirming their love and commitment to one another.
