According to DListed, while opening a children's library in Rotherham, UK, Dolly made statements about having an open marriage. That's not the only pot Parton was stirring on her visit overseas. The Rotherham Council voted to postpone their meeting so they could meet her. An angry member of the council stated, "I am outraged that democracy is being put on hold for a celebrity."
