Add the andPOP Facebook Application(andPOP) - After taking home two awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards, Avril Lavigne was thrilled to formally announce her full-stop Canadian tour. And no city will be missed. The rocker, who is currently promoting her latest album "The Best Damn Thing", plans to stop everywhere, including cities like Victoria, where the tour will kick off, and Regina.
"I can't wait to get back out on the road!" she said in her press release sent out Tuesday.
The Best Damn Tour is set to begin on the west coast on March 5th, and will make its way across the map. The ticket prices were not announced in the press release.
"I have the most fun when I am performing for the fans. I think that energy comes through in my live show."
