Winnipeg’s The Treble rocked us with their sophomore album Modernaires. Produced by Rob Wells (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez) the band debuted a bigger, fuller sound with some clear pop influences.
The band first formed in 2008 when Mark Brusegard (vocals), Graeme Woods (guitar) and Colin McTavish (keys) stayed up all night song writing. Since then the acoustic act added some more members Patrick Hansen (bass), and Dana Jerlo (drums) and whole lot of electric.
Mark and Colin swung by the AndPOP studio to give us some insight into the new album, life on the road and their mad love for their incredible fans.
The Treble are set to take over The Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto on April 22nd as part of the UTA Showcase for CMW. Don’t miss them!
