If you’re familiar with a certain magical franchise, you might recognize our  new favourite guy — that we’ve actually been in love with for ages..

Alfred Enoch, aka Dean Thomas from the Harry Potter series, is now all grown up and making a name for himself in Hollywood. We couldn’t have been more excited when we saw he had snagged a leading role on the Shonda Rhimes hit drama How To Get Away With Murder, after showing off just how well puberty treated him in an episode of BBC’s Sherlock.

His HTGAWM character Wes Gibbins has become a focal point in the series, a budding law student with a few skeletons in his closet and a body that just won’t quit — and SPOILER: We don’t quite know how to say goodbye to the deeply complex character.

We love his smile, his charm — and that accent doesn’t hurt either. His career is just getting started and we can’t wait to see where it takes him after HTGAWM. Thank you, Shonda Rhimes for bringing him back into our lives.

These are our reasons why Alfred Enoch is our new favourite person.

His nostalgic beginnings as Dean Thomas

His relationship with his HTGAWM cast-mates

This cast is #goals.

That English accent is heavenly

Even his American accent is sexy… we’ll take him either way.

His unbreakable bond with Devon Murray

His model behavior

We’re not okay. Send help.

His sense of humour

We’d take these valentines all day long.

His cooking skills

What time’s dinner, Alfred?

His humble moments

When he stood up for Noma Dumezweni’s Hermione Granger casting

His bromance with our other favourite, Matt McGorry

So precious.
