Oh, Chris Pratt. You just can’t stop charming the pants off of everyone, can you?
After winning us over as Guardians of the Galaxy‘s beloved Star-Lord, rapping Eminem flawlessly and then entertaining us with his hilarious ALS ice bucket challenge video, the actor is doing his part to make children’s dreams come true.
According to E!, Pratt worked with Marvel and Children’s Miracle Network Hospital to set up a special screening of Guardians of the Galaxy for patients, families and staff at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Wednesday.
But wanting to keep the magic alive, the actor also snuck out of the screening and dressed up as his character, Star-Lord. He then spent more than three hours taking pictures, signing autographs and letting the kids try on his costume when he re-entered the room.

Pratt, who also voiced the role of Emmet Brickowski in The LEGO Movie, even spent some extra time with Dylan Prunty, a young boy with a mitochondrial disorder. Brunty has been dubbed the “Lego Kid” for his love of the toys.
Way to melt our hearts, Chris! Now, I think it’s time for us to get some tissues to wipe away our tears!
