It’s been 23 years since Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis created one of the most cinematic selfies of all time for the film Thelma & Louise. And just a couple of weeks ago, the two actresses recreated it again.
Wanting to get in on the action, Jimmy Kimmel asked Sarandon last night if they could make their own selfie together. Because as Sarandon says, “We invented it (the selfie) at that moment.”
Therefore donning a wig and a denim jacket, Kimmel stuck his head alongside Sarandon’s and struck a pose. But instead of using a polaroid camera, the two used an iPhone to be in with the times.
The results are uncanny, but I do think Kimmel makes a pretty strange-looking Thelma!
