If you looked at Olivia Wilde’s Twitter, you would know that she has both beauty and brains.
So when GQ‘s Tom Carson wrote an article called “The Redeeming Part of Paul Haggis’s Third Person: Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde’s Sex Scene”, naturally, Wilde shot back at the magazine with a bit of sass.
In the review, Carson writes, “She’s supposed to be a writer too, but your belief in that won’t outlast Wilde scampering naked through hotel corridors once Neeson playfully locks her out of his room. With that tush, who’d need to be literate? Who’d want to?”
So making a pun out of the comment about her ‘tush’, Wilde responded perfectly after feminist blog Jezebel posted a piece criticizing the GQ writer.

Thankfully though, GQ eventually came to their senses. Carson and the magazine have both apologized, which Wilde accepted with a retweet.
We blew it, @oliviawilde. We regret that boneheaded joke in Tom Carson’s “Third Person” review. So does he.

@oliviawilde: I screwed up and that’s all there is to it. Apologies to you and everyone else.
