With all her controversial antics aside, Miley Cyrus has always been very kind to her fellow Smilers.
Because despite her busy schedule, the singer took the time to film a short shout-out video to a fan named Caley Camarillo, who had been fighting a long battle with cystic fibrosis.
The fan’s mother Teresa, who had been talking with Cyrus a couple of days before she filmed the clip, posted the video to Facebook after her daughter died last Friday, June 13.
“I just wanted to share how things go full circle,” Teresa said in the post. “Miley Cyrus was the very first celebrity that Caley was into and the very first celebrity she met….Caley’s life was then sent into an amazing journey meeting a lot of wonderful people who have taken the time to get to know such an amazing soul. Back to the full circle….Miley Cyrus sent this to Caley and she was able to watch it an hour before she had passed.”
In the video, Cyrus is seen saying that she is thinking of her fellow Smiler.
“I know we met a few years ago, but I want to let you know that I’m still praying for you, I’m still thinking about you, I’m sending you some love, and I just want you to know that you are on my mind and in my heart.”

So sweet! We’re glad Miley is always looking out for her fans. After all, she DID win an award with Make-A-Wish for her charity work in the past!
