Top Tweets of The Week: Ansel Elgort Rocks A V-Neck & Snack Time With The “Supernatural” Cast

Ansel Elgort

With countless celebrities sharing their thoughts in 140 characters or less, it’s almost impossible to keep up with what’s going on with everyone — until now. Every Friday, ANDPOP’s Gabriella Zicarelli will be rounding up the best celebrity tweets to help you stay in the loop.

Too Cute To Be a Douche

Thanks to his strong turn as Gus in The Fault in our Stars, there’s no denying how quickly we’ve fallen in love with Ansel Elgort. We also love when he’s being adorable while tap dancing on talk shows or posting photos like this on Instagram.

Oh Ansel, you could never be a douche, and yes, we still love you.

Bee: An Epic Saga

There are many ways you can describe Grimm’s David Giuntoli. He’s handsome, talented and now poetic thanks to a magical moment he shared with a bee.

This is kind of adorable.

Snack Time!

If there’s one thing you can say about the cast of Supernatural (other than the fact that they make go “NOOOO!” with ever season finale — I’m still not over what happened in season nine), it’s that they know how to have a good time and aren’t afraid to brag about it.

Sometimes, it’s all about the food.

Olly Has a New Mug and We Love it

Every once and a while, we’ll see a celebrity with something that we’ll end up loving so much, we actually want to own it. Well let’s just say Olly Murs has got himself a new mug that can properly describe any non-morning person’s attitude before their first cup of coffee.

So, where can I buy one?

Youppi Is Sad In Montreal

With the NHL finals well underway, we’re still a little bitter that the last Canadian team, The Montreal Canadiens, didn’t make it into the finals. Before we knew the final outcome of the New York Rangers–Montreal Canadiens series, late night host Jimmy Fallon made a little wager with the Canadian team. The deal: If the Habs won, Jimmy would have to do an entire monologue in a Habs jersey. If the Rangers won, Youppi, the Habs’ mascot, had take sad photos while walking the streets of Montreal in a Rangers jersey. Sadly, Jimmy won and Youppi had graciously pulled through with his end of the bargain.

Poor Youppi. But hey, at least he’s showing off just how beautiful Montreal is.

Redefining “Drama Queen”

If you’re like me, you’ve probably been called a “drama queen” once or twice — okay, a few times in your life but it looks like Lena Dunham, thinks it might be time for a change. Yup, leave it to The Girls star to put a classier spin on the title.

Hmm, wonder what John Watson would say about this…

It had to be done.

John Stamos’ Mom Is Winning At Life

John Stamos is undoubtedly one of the coolest TV uncles of the 90’s who, by the way, hasn’t aged since Full House ended in 1995!  Asides from his amazing hair, we also love that he’s a mama’s boy. In fac,t he does awesome things for her like, oh, let’s say, bringing her to a Bruno Mars concert and then sharing cool photos like this.

Well “have mercy!” I’m pretty sure this makes Mrs. Stamos cooler than us.

Brotherly Love

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from our favourite clumsy, curly-haired Wanted member and I can only imagine that it’s all because he lost his phone for the 122nd time. Fret not, it seems things are back in order (for now, at least) because Jay has been tweeting quite a bit lately and this tweet about his sister’s 18th birthday was too sweet to leave out.

Both, laugh and awe worthy.

 Same, Anna. Same.

Anna Kendrick is our Twitter spirit animal. She has somehow found a way to describe our lives in 140 characters. Most recently she has accurately explained the life of an avid Netflix user. After this tweet, we’re even more convinced that we should be BFFs.

Sounds about right.

We love it when our favourite celebs share their personal #TBT photos. They only become better when the photo also includes some other celebrities we loved as kids. Rider Strong did just that when he tweeted this group photo of himself with Danielle Fishel, Rachael Leigh Cook and Jonathan Taylor Thomas.

Just a small fraction of a nineties kid’s life in one photo.
