How would you like to take an exercise class from Little Mix? You do? You really, really do? Perfect because it’s time to put on your yoga pants and get active with Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Jade for their Sports Relief single, “Word Up.”
The four British babes make working out look like lots of fun — not to mention good — as they party it up in a gym of all places. Let’s also not forget that they got to hit the gym with The Spice Girls’ Mel C. Yup, that’s right: Sporty Spice is in this video. How perfect.
The girls covered the song in support of the British charity, Sport Relief, which raises money for underprivileged people in the U.K. and in developing countries. Sport Relief is also part of Comic Relief and they hosts a three day sporting event every year in England.
This year’s Sport Relief Games (which include running, cycling and swimming) will run from March 21 to 23 and the ladies of Little Mix will be taking part. If you happen to live in England, you can help raise money to send children to school by buying their song “Word Up” on iTunes (currently only available to pre-order in the U.K.) or by joining their fundraising team (#mixersinmotion).
Check out this video of the ladies explaining a bit about Sport Relief and their fundraising team:
The band tweeted about the music video on Monday and have been spreading the news about the charity song everyday.
