Demi Lovato kicked off her Neon Lights Tour last night at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver and it was everything Demi and Jonas fans could hope for.
After it was announced last week that Nick Jonas would be join Demi as her creative and musical director for the Neon Lights Tour (a job position these long time friends are both very excited about), fans were hoping that they would get to hear Nick perform too. Jonas fans have been starved for the vocals since his band, The Jonas Brothers, broke up last October.
Those prayers were answered last night when Nick joined Demi on stage for three songs. The two performed “Stop the World,” “Catch Me,” and “Here We Go Again” before hugging to a stadium of screaming fans.
Lovato has been promising her fans on Twitter that the shows on this tour are going to be more amazing and more special than anything she’s done before.
Seriously guys.. I’m SO proud of this show and I promise I will make sure it blows your mind!! This is my best tour yet!!!! #NEONLIGHTSTOUR

The singer has been sharing behind-the-scenes videos and photos with fans during rehearsals, even launching an official app to be more connected with her Lovatics during the tour.
Aside from Nick, also joining Demi on tour are her opening acts, Fifth Harmony, Little Mix and Cher Lloyd, who are rotating for different durations of the tour. Fifth Harmony will travel with Demi for the entire North American leg while Cher Lloyd will join the gang after Little Mix leaves at the end of March.
