With countless celebrities sharing their thoughts in 140 characters or less, it’s almost impossible to keep up with what’s going on with everyone — until now. Every Friday ANDPOP’s Gabriella Zicarelli will be rounding up the best celebrity tweets to help you stay in the loop.
Ed Sheeran gets deep in thought about “kinky” wires:
I wanna see what cables and wires get up to behind closed doors. There’s no way of them not getting tangled up, frisky wee things
— Ed Sheeran (@edsheeran) January 13, 2014
Ed Sheeran could make anything sound like poetry. He could write a song about a tuna casserole and have us swooning. Well it seems romance between cable wires has been on this gingers’ mind lately as he contemplated what goes on with the pesky things when no one’s around.
Rebel Wilson understands our pain:
Here’s me every 2 minutes after I get into bed and try to sleep: I need to go to the toilet x — Rebel Wilson (@RebelWilson) January 15, 2014
The frustration of the perfect spot as you lay in bed just as you realize you need the bathroom is not only the worst but absolutely real. And Rebel Wilson gets it.
Tom Hiddleston has over 1 million followers:
I appear to have over 1 million followers on Twitter. Well, blow me down & slice me with hot buttered toast, what a thing. Hello.
— Tom Hiddleston (@twhiddleston) January 17, 2014
Just coming to the realization that he has over 1 million people interested in what he has to say on Twitter, Tom Hiddleston sent out this special thank you. Oh the power…
Blake Shelton keeps things classy… Or not:
Don’t need no class when you got dis ass…
— Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) January 15, 2014
Ever since joining The Voice, Blake Shelton has become one of my favourite people. Here’s why, in one gif:
Yes it is Blake. But, we wouldn’t want it any other way.
Zac Efron discusses planking in the nude:
This week fans were given the opportunity to ask That Awkward Moment star Zac Efron a few questions about his upcoming flick. Now I’m all taking full advantage of an opportunity, which is what this fan did when asking about his planking naked on a toilet scene.
The more you know with Craig Ferguson:
Who says you don’t learn anything from late night talk show hosts? There really isn’t much to say about this other than it just sounds like an awesome science lecture.
Debra DiGiovanni understands the life of a fangirl:
I may or may not have spent the last hour looking at pictures of Harry Styles eating a candy bar. — Debra DiGiovanni (@DebraDiGiovanni) January 12, 2014
“CUMBERBATCH!” Me, just now. — Debra DiGiovanni (@DebraDiGiovanni) January 14, 2014
With just a couple tweets, comedian Debra DiGiovanni summed up the life of fangirl: lots of food, ogling at photos of one curly-haired cutie-Harry Styles and randomly shouting Benedict Cumberbatch for no apparent reason.
Gabourey Sidibie shows her haters who’s boss:
After attending Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, a few people had some rude comments about Gabourey Sidibie’s dress and she wasn’t having any of it. She shared how “distraught” she was over Twitter with this gem of a tweet.
Who wore it better?
One of the many things we loved about the Golden Globes was Jennifer Lawrence photo-bombing Taylor Swift on the red carpet. It seems like Arrow / Teen Wolf cutie Colton Haynes loved it so much that he share this photo on his Instagram of him “JLawing”(is that a thing cause I think it should be a thing) with what I’m pretty sure is his bed sheets.
J.C Chasez offers a 90’s flashback:
I’m blue dabadee dabadye dabadee dabadye dabadee dabadye pic.twitter.com/PFboaBPDXt
— JC Chasez (@JCChasez) January 16, 2014
As a child of the nineties who went through a phase of randomly belting out Eifel 65’s “I’m Blue” (we’ve all been there, don’t lie), I felt like this needed to be added. Plus, I’ve always been a J.C girl so the addition of a hoodie and thick rimmed glasses made it that much better.
