Musical Prozac: Shakira, Rihanna, Trey Songz and More!

1. “The Worst Guys” by Childish Gambino ft. Chance the Rapper

Hang out at the beach with Donald Glover and his friend/protégé Chance the Rapper in this fun video for “The Worst Guys.” This is one of my favourites from Because the Internet and I’m particularly partial to the line “Tia and Tamara in my bed, I’m a smart guy.” This song is definitely going to be keeping me warm for the rest of the winter (especially with a shirtless Donald – helloooooo nurse!)

2. “5” by Willow Smith ft. Jaden Smith

Now, I really don’t think that Jaden Smith is the best rapper, but I have been stanning for Willow since her “Whip My Hair” days. It’s a little weird for a 21-year-old to hope to some day be as fierce as a 13-year-old, but here we are. Willow is definitely heading in a more mature direction with this song, but the song still seems true to her. It’s a very relaxed vibe, and with big brother Jaden taking care of the raps, it’s sure to be a hit.

3. “Na Na” by Trey Songz

I don’t know what kind of witchcraft Trey Songz performs to make his songs so catchy, but it’s working. I am expecting this to soon become one of my iPod favourites.

4. “Can’t Remember to Forget You” by Shakira ft. Rihanna

Shakira is back from her hiatus with this slickly produced duet with the biggest female act on the planet, Rihanna. My Rih-loving heart just can’t resist and Shakira sounds pretty good too. And good song and one of the sexiest soccer players in the world – Shakira really does have it all.
