Justin Timberlake Unveils Track-listing for "The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2"

Before dropping this year’s The 20/20 Experience, Justin Timberlake didn’t make music (well, that we know of) for seven years. Timberlake posted the  track list for The 20/20 Experience—2 of 2, his second (for lack of a better word) album this year.

The artist teased his fans in a rather unconventional way: by posting a video on Instagram Wednesday. The follow up to this year’s earlier success will feature his latest single, “Take Back The Night.”

“I originally recorded a massive amount of material and decided on the 20 tracks that I wanted on the album over a year ago, but, when I was mixing and going through all of the songs there were so many that I loved—I couldn’t resist…,”JT said in a statement. “I had to throw in something extra on the second half.”

”The two albums are like seasons….You can expect a darker feel from tracks like ‘You Got It On’ and ‘Not a Bad Thing.’ Even the midtempo songs have a groove to them,’ Johnny Wright, Timberlake’s manager, told Rolling Stone.

I would say “we could only hope” the sequel to The 20/20 Experience will be as good as the first part, but let’s be real: everything Timberlake touches is gold. He can do no wrong with his sexy, sultry voice, and that incredible falsetto. Not to mention there’s bound to be more music videos that show off his sweet moves. Thank you Justin Timberlake for gracing us with more of your awesome.

The second instalment of the album, which JT co-produced with Timbaland and Jerome “J-Roc” Harmon, features 11 brand new tracks. It will hit shelves September 30.
