Every year, ESPN finds a way to gather some of the hottest athletes and convince them to shed their gear, and any piece of clothing for that matter, for their annual Body Issue.
For that I say, thank you ESPN.
This year’s issue features none other than Toronto Maple Leaf alternate captain Joffrey Lupul looking super fit while holding nothing but his stick…
Hey now! What were you thinking?
When asked why he agreed to take part in this year’s issue, Lupul told the ESPN: “ I think professional athletes have natural abilities and there are things our bodies can do that other people’s can’t. But we also put in a lot of work — on and off the ice — and that’s what the issue is about: Seeing how people look without their gear on.”
