There is nothing better than seeing a celebrity use their success for the greater good, and one person who has been and is still doing their part is music’s favourite ginger: Ed Sheeran.
Recently teaming up with guitar makers CF Martin, Ed helped the company to produce the limited edition LX1E acoustic guitars that will showcase the East Anglia Children’s Hospices logo, who run hospices in Norfolk, Suffolk (which is where Ed grew up) and Cambridgeshire.
Each guitar will cost about £300 ($469.59) with all the money going directly to the charity. Ed tells BBC News, “All of the royalties from every purchase will go to EACH and I can’t wait to get on stage and perform with it.”
Along with the limited edition guitars, Ed has also donated a drum kit to The Treehouse hospice for their music therapy room.
