I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty much hopeless when it comes to sending stuff through snail mail. It’s not that I don’t know how (it was a WHOLE lesson in second grade), it’s just that I don’t really have a need for stamps. Thanks to e-mail, I barely have to send physical letters.
Because I’m a lazy person and don’t want to waste a trip to the store where I buy more than I need, I have to wonder if taping coins to the corner of an envelope (as seen by fomq on Reddit) actually works. According to Redditor waldotherogue, it does if your carrier is nice enough to put a stamp on the envelope but that doesn’t like big city courtesy.
