Pattinson was a “painfully shy” model back in his teen years. According to the photographer John-Paul Pietrus, he was especially nervous because he had to take some photos with a girl in this shoot inspired by swimwear from the 1930s. According to Snakkle, Rob was only 17 at the time of the shoot and brought his mom as a chaperone.
