DJ Earworm’s annual mashup of 2012’s Top 40 hits is finally here and while it doesn’t capture that “dance floor feeling” we’re used to, it’s dayam catchy.
I don’t know about you, but each of these songs are associated with a unique memory of the past year for me. Listening to the whole track is like a flashback of my best and worst moments — it’s funny how a song can bottle up a memory like that.
One criticism I have is that he didn’t include Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” which was clearly one of the most listened to tracks of the year. Do you think it should have been included?
