I thought that this commercial might have been a joke — nope, it’s just a casual quest into the world of cheesy Star Trek puns. This Serta mattress commercial is like the holy grail of random and bizarre commercials. Not only do the “klingons” in the video look like poorly cut out magazine clippings, but they say the corniest things. I think “live, long and sleep” is my new life motto.
To be fair, the people in the commercial clearly put a lot of thought into their masterpiece. Even though it’s slightly on the cheesy side, who can resist a combination of sleep and fandom?
