Finally, a rap for chaps and gentlemen

All these years, posh old aristocrats with a strong sense of British patriotism have been missing out on rap songs because they don’t identify with the Lil Waynes and Wiz Khalifas of the world. Finally, they can find solace with Mr. B the Gentleman Rhymer, a parodist who performs “chap hop” — hip-hop delivered in a received pronunciation accent.

His new music video for “Just Like A Chap” is perfect for moustached men from the 1880s, who’d probably feel quite comfortable rocking a spectacle. The video was directed by  Rob Bradley for Bradley Drawn Pictures and the chap-hop superstar is currently promoting The Tweed Album.
