I always assumed my cat in Ottawa named Earl Grey of Gloucester is the most patient cat in the world, considering how she put up with my two roommates and I, who aggressively lovingly hugged and chased her. Occasionally we’d even force her to join spontaneous dance parties but she’d usually just jump out of our arms, scratch a piece of furniture to piss us off and run to a dark corner in the closet and plan revenge. It sounds bad, but I promise you she’s the nicest and happiest cat ever.
Anyway, after seeing this video I changed my mind and decided THIS cat is the most patient in the world. The cat, named Bill Murray, endures his drunk owner who made a video of him singing “Black Hole” by Give Zombies The Vote to him.
I’m not sure if Bill Murray is senile and doesn’t notice what’s happening or if he’s completely used to erratic behaviour and was bored by the serenade, but he easily wins the award for most patient cat.
